If you have received an item that has been mistakenly sent to you (we are human, after all!), let us know as soon as you discover the error. We will send you the correct part along with a return mailer to send the incorrect part back to us.
If you simply want to return a part to us (for credit), you must notify us first by email or phone call. Once accepted for return, please include a note stating the reason for the return and your original sale invoice. Unless we erred, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost. In order to receive a credit in full, the part must be returned in Aas sent-as delivered@ condition, preferably in the original box/packing. If there is any missing or damaged part, or it was used, or mounted on the vehicle, we will adjust the refund accordingly. There are NO refunds on electrical or exhaust items, or wheels if tires are mounted. |

If you would like to exchange a part for another, please let us know by email or phone call. We will provide you with the cost difference, if any, and we will invoice you thru PayPal. With exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return and the newly sent item.

Occasionally this happens. We need to have you file the initial report with the carrier (delivery service) and then let us know. We will follow up from there. We will replace the damaged part as quickly as possible at no additional charge to you. You will be requested to return the part either to the carrier or us. Any cost incurred will be refunded to you. As with any claim, the quicker we move, the better served we are. |
